A six hectare south facing parcel at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail catches a permanent breeze that keeps the fruit fresh; the blend (around 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah) is fermented in concrete and raised in tank for purity. The result has more concentration and structure than Pigeoulet without
