Sylvain Morey Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc 2022 Lanson Rose Champagne The vineyardsFrom a parcel yielding just over 100 cases annually, Sylvain Morey's village Chardonnay balances creamy restraint with vibrant acidity. Aged in barriques with only 25% new wood, the wine shows lemon and lime curd characters with a mineral backbone and subtle dryness in the finish. This precise, medium bodied expression captures the essence of Chassagne's limestone soils through understated elegance.
