Catch Me If You Can Desert Flora The only consolation to alleviateWatercolor on gallery wrapped canvas 10 x 30 Roadrunners are elusive but plentiful in the desert. When I catch a glimpse of one they make me smile and I grab my camera as quickly as I can to capture their unique postures. This guy was hanging out on the wall in my backyard and gave me plenty of opportunity to shoot him standing, preening and running. He will be in a number of future paintings!
