Here's what the man himself has to say about this design: "This was an idea that first was a skateboard graphic for a Minneapolis brand called Roots Skateboards. A version of it later became a 3 part series of board graphics for Consolidated Skateboards. It's a pretty natural idea skateboards come from trees, kids love
