Over a course of a few days I came across many variations in the weather which made it fun to explore as well as photograph

Grabbing a long lens I photographed a tree nearby on the trail in the dwindling light just prior to sunset today

From Commons Park I pointed my camera towards Union Station to capture the scene with the train station and city skyline

I found myself in lower downtown photographing some of the runners as well as the early morning light

however there is plenty of more to do from whale watching in the winter

Sunrise at Sunset Beach Size:8"x10" Over a course of aOn my final day on the North Shore of Oahu, I woke up early to make my way towards the Banzai Pipeline. As the early hint of light started to appear in the sky, I knew Sunset Beach Park would be my destination. Using a long exposure and the morning light, the magic of this location is discovered in a simple photograph. On this morning as I photographed the changing skies and weather it proved to be a lasting reminder of my visit to Oahu.
