Kilchoman Original Cask Strength 56.9% 70cl Wine Cask The final stages involve disgorgingThis is the second limited release of the Kilchoman Original Cask Strength. It has been matured in quarter casks, meaning that more of the whisky is in contact with the wood, and bottled at cask strength. The nose is powerful with big citrus and floral notes with subtle peat smoke. The palate is viscous and sweet with well rounded peat, fruits and vanilla. The finish is long and clean with a hint of salt and peat smoke.
