with floral notes (in particular lemon & orange blossoms)

The distillers' art arrived comparatively recently - with the Moors who reached Andalucia in the eighth century

using a recipe that dates back to 1821

Plantation Barbados 2007 16 Year Old Rum 70cl Moscatel Menthol notesThis rum goes through the distinctive double ageing method of Plantation Rum, this vintage was produced by the West Indies Rum Distillery (WIRD) and matured for 2 years on Brighton beach, Barbados. After which, it embarks on a maritime voyage to South Western France, where it spent an additional 14 years ageing in ex Ferrand casks.
