The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne. Displaying golden, pale greenish hues. Aromas reminiscent of summer fruitsmelon, papaya, peach, and pear. Integrating ripe, fruity flavors with acidity and a pleasant refreshing finish.
