The 3050 year old vines impart a refined structure and mineral tension, while the careful ageing for twelve months in French oak barrels followed by twelve months in 25hl oak casks adds subtle spice and complexity. The result is a wine of precision, showing vibrant red fruit, gentle toasty notes,
