Niederberg Helden Feinherb, Schloss Lieser 2021 Bottle:12 lemon and passion fruit finishThe 2021 Niederberg Helden Kabinett is clear, bright and flinty on the intense nose. Crystalline, lush and dense on the palate, this is a textured Kabinett with sharp but imbedded acidity. This is a very young but promising Riesling with roughly 40 grams per liter of residual sugar that give texture and roundness yet not really a sweet taste due to the pungent mineral acidity.
