With its characteristics hailing from Goa, it delivers aromas of honey, spice and bourbon liquorice which come through after the initial peated smoke cloud. It is a silky smooth malt with an oak tinged honey appearance. It delivers spice after that cloud of peat lifts and leaves a sooty peaty flavour with notes of mocha, spice and other complex notes.
