After a cold maceration to obtain the good color intensity, the juice is racked from the tank. The alcohol fermentation begins after a cold settling on control temperature in order to favor the fruit expression. Color: Rose petal pink. Nose: Citrus and peach. Mouth: Vivid and well balanced
