It was then transferred to age another 2 years in 350L Ferrand French oak barrels. Subtle, complex, but hard not to love, the nose is full of oolong tea, red berries, vanilla and cooked pear with hints of lemongrass, apricot and honey. On the palate, strawberries, hazelnut, guava, sorb, and grapefruit lead to a slightly
