The wine is lightly pressed to barrel where it finishes primary and secondary fermentation and is aged for 18 months in 60% new French oak. The wine was racked three times and gently fined prior to bottling. Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot
