Think a lighter expression of the appelation but of dense fuzzy damson fruit, river stones and beutiful precision. Red robe. There are cool, lead pencil, raspberry and vegetal notes on the nose, with cassis blackcurrant also. The palate is tight, streamlined, bears fine black juice.
