These few months maturing in oak confers this rum its superb bright golden colour and develops its particularly mellow flavours. Born over 3 centuries ago, the Trois Rivires Plantation is an integral part of Martiniques historical heritage. Its emblematic name comes from the three rivers that border the acres of sugarcane fields: Oman, Bois dInde
