The palette also lent itself particularly well to hue changes which is why we selected it for our fabric collection

The title comes from the Ahmad Jamal song ‘Poinciana’

'Bluebird' takes its name from the colour of the paint chip used at the top of this composition

which not only is one of my favourite hues but also  seems to be the colour of the year
