However, like her namesake tree, the hazelnut, she has hidden wells of strength and is the very best sort of friend. Aveline is a one of a kind mouse, made entirely by hand from repurposed materials such as silk georgette, felt, beads and fabric scrap stuffing. She stands a little under two inches tall.
