Northern Monk x Hogans Wild 006 Style_Old Ale The result is a rarity:Northern Wild 006 is an experimental collaboration release with Hogans Cider that saw us co ferment Hogans apple juice with our own Northern Monk wort before aging. The result is a unique beer cider hybrid made using wild yeast from apples and Brett Bruxellensis. Expect funky, tart flavours and a clear apple character, with a hint of smoke and malt sweetness on the finish. Each 750ml bottle is hand numbered. Size: 750ml ABV: 4. 6%
