Brachetto Birbet, Malvira Bottle:12 It is a Sauvignon BlancSweet Sparkling Red Wine. This comes from three vineyard sites in Roero, and is a sweet bubbly dessert wine at 110 g l RS and 6 atmospheres of pressure. The nose shows pretty aromas of violets, bright strawberry, raspberry and rose hips. The palate has some sweet red fruits with florals and just there chalky minerality.
