Appears this was used on quite a few other similar 4cyl Volvo Penta Engines from this time period (AQ120B / AQ140A / BB140A etc

I believe this was also used on some 350 35hp & 400 40hp & 450 45hp models from this time period

but you do need the 42259-C for V-Engine Applications that require the 5-bolt style (Utilizing the top and bottom 2 bolting locations)
