Fermented and aged in oak vats. Beautiful nose with aromas of red fruit (strawberry, cherry) and hints of minerals and mint. Complex, balanced, elegant, quite serious. Raspberry on the palate, some chalk. Plum full. Medium bodied, a bit sweet, low alcohol and lacking depth.
