but its ample acidity enlivens without ever once seeming sharp

Whether with tonic

in the middle of a significant weight of ripe but still white fruit

and light wine character to the añejo's oak and agave foundation

The finish is wonderfully fruity with incredible depth and complexity

Weingut Markus Huber Gruner Veltliner Terrassen 2019 Size:750ml but its ample acidity enlivensMedium green yellow; pure pepper on the nose; hinting at typical Grner spiciness; aromatic herbs and yellow fruit; dense and complex on the palate; great promise for the future. Goes best with fish e. g. with trout or salmon; also very good with spicy food; especially asian cuisine. Notes of pear peel and citrus pith on the nose already suggest a wine that will have texture. The palate does not disappoint, and comes in with yeasty herbal fruitiness
