Gold Rush (Medium Roast) and Black Horse (Dark Roast) are fair trade organic coffees. 100% mild washed Arabica, hand picked Colombian beans. Fully washed, fermented, sun dried with no pesticides. Grown in high altitudes above 1400 ft. is an everyday favourite. Despite a subdued acidity the tastes are complex and intense, and the chocolate sweet flavour holds earthy undertones. Wet hulled.
