The Pre Cleanse removes trapped oil, dirt, and product build up from the scalp and new growth area. Instructions: Shake well before using. Spray liberally in areas where build up is present. Take a cloth or finger to move the pre cleanse around in the area to pull up the flakage. Wash locs
