Bright fresh fruit with dominant characters of fresh pineapple and lemon sorbet

The 12 months in barrels provide this wine with tobacco and chocolate aromas

McGillicuddy wanting a something with a little kick

The rich and full bodied flavors possess reasonable mid palate concentration as well as fine length on the overtly saline inflected, delineated and well balanced finale. This is not as dense as it usually is (though it's certainly not dilute) but it should have no trouble amply rewarding extended cellaring.
