The water that is used to make Hakushu has been on a long journey in terms of time as the water is filtered through Granite rock before it reaches the distillery to make one of the more taste forward styles we associate closer to our own shores

Palate: Sweet, with a hint of green grapes, white wine and pine needles with apple and pineapple, citrus with elderflower and soft spices, a little citric bitter notes ad a final flourish to the taste.
