American Flag on Driftwood wood box Look closely at the stoneAmerican flag on 5x8 piece of driftwood from the beach. Lake Erie, east of Cleveland. The stripes are made with pieces of old, rusty metal, also salvaged from the beach. Painted red and white. I dont typically change the shape of my found objects. As the photos show, they are slightly wrapped around the edge of the driftwood, wavy, textured, imperfect. This is meant to be fun, whimsical, playfulI didnt count the stars stripes. They are not exact!! Yet
