Pediatric Studies Clinical studies in children with growth hormone deficiency demonstrated that chronic Sermorelin administration (typically 30 mcg/kg given subcutaneously three times per week or daily before bedtime) could stimulate growth velocity, increase height percentile, and improve growth outcomes, though direct GH replacement generally produced more robust growth than GHRH analog therapy and became the standard treatment for pediatric GH deficiency
