Here the pleasures of bitterness are wrapped in a bold vermouth that has been balanced with just a touch of sweetness. The base wine is made from Macabeo, which allows the wine to be aged and is organoleptically very neutral and therefore doesn't interfere with the exceptionally bitter herbs. Fresh resiny flavors
