This patient had involvement of Oral Melanotic Macule: a small dark spot in the mouth ArtSmiles Melanotic macule. Benign. Dark spot on labia (or lip). Analogous to lentigo simplex. Hyperpigmented basal keratinocytes & dermal melanophages. Slight in single basal melanocytes; NO nests.
