Paul John Select Cask Peated 13yo Palate: Development of wood spicesThe Select Cask Classic is peated single malt taken from "select casks" in small batches and bottled at cask strength. Non chillfiltered and bottled at a cask strength of 55. 5%. Nose: Smoky, sweet and earthy notes with soft spice. Palate: Muscovado and demerara sugars intertwined with the smokiness, hint of spice, hickory and cocoa. Finish: Delicate with more cocoa and marmalade. #PAULJOHN #INDIANWHISKY
