It comes from a Manuka flowering season that lasts just four to six weeks a year, which is the simple reason so little of it exists. Sourced from the nectar of the Manuka plant (Leptospermum scoparium) in the country's most remote corners, it is independently tested and certified to a minimum of 1200 mg kg of methylglyoxal (MGO) and a UMF 25+ rating.
