For the CY 2026 OPPS, we proposed to recalibrate the APC relative payment weights for services furnished on or after January 1, 2026, and before January 1, 2027 (CY 2026), using the same basic methodology that we described in the CY 2025 OPPS/ASC final rule with comment period (89 FR 93921 through ( 93922), using CY 2024 claims data
