The whiskey is comprised of malt and grain whiskeys. The virgin casks contribute flavors of toasted oak and vanilla. The seasoned barrels from Tennessee Whiskey and Bourbon add flavors of caramel, plum, banana, and butterscotch. Finally, the sherry casks provide raisin and spice. Sweet and rather fresh with pastries, buttery
