The steel tape is marked in inches up to 36 inches on one side and London Diameter up to 1FT (which is just over 36 inches) on the opposite side. The tape retraction mechanism is amazingly quick 0 60 in a fraction of a second. The tape case is marked 'Chesterman Mini Tape No. 30' on one side and 'Chesterman Made In England' on the other side.
