CAN DOP "Valle de La Orotava" 2022 Baldovar Tasting Note: Ruby red colourCase of 6 bottles. Just released. CAN is a 50 50 blend of Listn negro and Vijariego negro grapes, grown on hillside vineyards at a height of 380 metres above sea level. Listn negro is from old vines and 50% are planted using the multiple braided cordon system, traditional in Orotava, and the rest using the Cordon Royat trellising system. The grapes are hand harvested at ideal ripeness, then cold macerated for 4 days prior to fermentation (total
