Developed with the help from students at the Mie Prefectural Ohka High School Culinary Club, this ponzu takes high quality soy, yuzu juice and black garlic to create a refreshing and delicious condiment that is far more than the sum of it's parts. This particular Ponzu is incredible with freshly shucked oysters.
