Pierre Yves Colin Morey, Meursault Narvaux Blanc other_regions_italy This is a big but

This is a big but not really austere BM and should be approachable after only 7 to 8 years if your preference is for younger wines

Ultra pure pinot fruit that is almost delicate in character

soft and smooth

and plenty of tannin lurking behind the cascade of fruit

The open fruit expression of the nose creates the expectation of a bigger wine to follow but it is classical with good restraint and an impressive sense of precision in the mouth

Pierre Yves Colin Morey, Meursault Narvaux Blanc other_regions_italy This is a big butThere is enough reduction to prevent a proper assessment of the nose. There is excellent richness to the relatively generous and round yet attractively intense and saline middle weight flavors that benefit from an abundance of dry extract that coats the mouth on the lemony finish. This is an intense and well balanced villages that should reward 5 to 7 years of bottle age. (89 91) 2017+
