Barrell 18 Year Whiskey El Guapo Cajun Grenadine Syrup lemon custardA limited edition, Black Label offering from Barrell, this release is a blend of an 18 year Kentucky whiskey finished in ex Cabernet Sauvignon casks with Canadian whiskies aged 23 25 years and finished in ex Sauternes casks. The blend was then bottled without chill filtration at a cask strength of 125. 24 proof. The nose is fruity and sweet, with honey dipped apple, peach, citrus, and cranberry juice supported by baking spice and a bit of earthy oak.
