The Lost Explorer Salmiana Mezcal 1975 contributing texture and aromatic nuanceLaunched at the end of 2020, The Lost Explorer is a small batch handcrafted mezcal cultivated on ancestral Miztec land in Valles Centrales, Oaxaca. Produced from Salmiana agave, grown to full maturity and harvested at 12 years old. Also known as the "Green Giant", Salmiana is a wild agave that can grow up to 12 feet in diameter and reach as high as 6 feet. Each batch is handcrafted by internationally recognised Maestro Mezcalero Don Fortino Ramos.
