Paul Wallace CrackerJack 2022 MaltyDry after whom the whiskey isDESCRIPTION Paul Wallace Crackerjack 2022 is produced from a blend of 45% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 11% Malbec. The Malbec and Cabernet Franc are from their Wallovale Elgin farm and the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from another Elgin farmer with whom Paul has a direct involvement. Each parcel was harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified separately, with 14 days of skin maceration and 18 months in 225L French oak
