Henri Boillot, Latricieres Chambertin other_regions_italy The palate is very savory

The palate is very savory in style with roasted chestnut and ferrous notes infusing the finish that has an appealing rounded texture

And 16% was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats

Once again there is ample floral influence to the markedly spicy dark cherry coulis aromas

although both were excellent in this stretch of vintages and faithfully reflect the vintage conditions

but I was in business school

Henri Boillot, Latricieres Chambertin other_regions_italy The palate is very savoryThere is a whiff of post bottling reduction that is just enough to push what appears to be ripe and clean fruit to the background. The finer and almost delicate middle weight flavors possess even more minerality on the lingering, balanced and ultra pure finale. This is a Latricires of lace and grace yet the supporting tannins are fine but dense and should have no trouble seeing this through an extended aging curve. 94 2032+
