This painting began as a continuation of my Key West series

“Testing at Sebring” was a commissioned work for an owner that had a Cobra replica parked in the 1960’s area of the Ford pits at the track at Sebring

and still remains on Main Street although the signage is gone

In 2015 “Eureka Springs Thunder” celebrated October’s 25th Anniversary of the Eureka Springs Corvette Weekend in Arkansas

"Indy in '78" Wine series “Pepe’s of Key WestThe first Corvette to pace the Indianapolis 500 was in 1978 in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Corvette. Indy in 78 celebrates the special design of this car and its unique paint scheme, two tone black over silver with a red pinstripe , a special silver interior, and aluminum wheels. An older entrance sign to the Indianapolis track seemed to perfectly match the cars colors.
