Sango Reposado Agave Spirit Prosecco Palate: CloveDESCRIPTION A small batch, premium African agave spirit handcrafted in KwaZulu Natal. Made from 100% African agave sourced from the Karoo and Eastern Cape, along with cultivated Blue Webber agave grown in KZN. Mature agave (58 years) is hand harvested, pit and oven roasted for up to three days, crushed, wild fermented with African yeast, and distilled once in copper pot stills followed by two column distillations. For the Reposado, the spirit is
