September 25 | Chilli + Taco Party Bread We’ll meet once a monthHosting doesn't have to be complicated hosting a chilli party with one or two different styles and lots of toppings or a taco party with all the fixings how fun! In this class we will work together to make chilli con carne, a vegetarian chilli, a chicken taco and Baja fish tacos. We'll talk about bulking up chilli with beans and lentils, and the difference between using tinned and dried. We'll make guacamole, flavoured yoghurts, corn chips, flour
