Aerolite Lyndsay 10 Year Old Blended Malt hints of cooked apricotsDescription Aerolite Lyndsay, an anagram of the words 'ten year old Islay', was the first release from independent bottler Character of Islay Whisky Company, a sister company to That Boutique y Whisky Company. A peated single malt distilled at an undisclosed distillery on Islay and matured for 10 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and Spanish oak sherry quarter casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)
