Clou Du Pin Bordeaux Superior 75cl Washington State a blend of Cabernet SauvignonDescription Evolved style, showing fruit cake and red fruit flavours, brilliant bistro claret, with some power. Tasting notes Merlot brings colour, roundness and fruitiness while the Cabernet gives it finesse and richness in elegant tannins. This is generous, fruity, structured, easy to access, both seductive and with character. Food match Will go well with a rack of roast lamb, steak bordelaise, veal, game, or grilled duck breast.
