Produced from unpeated spirit distilled in March 2017, matured in ex bourbon casks and finished in wine barriques from Champagne producer Paul Launois. 5,726 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57. 4%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Tangy orange icing, rum and raisin ice cream and salted caramel.
