Here, soils are mainly comprised of limestone and chalk, unlike the rest of the Mosel, which is characterized by slate. These delicious bubbles are produced in the traditional method and is aged on its lees for nine months. The resulting wine oozes with flavors of juicy tropical fruit, white flowers, and chalk.
